The circadian light bulb

Finally sleep
like your body
was designed to

Most light bulbs keep your brain awake long after your body wants to rest. LISNA shifts from energising daylight to deep, blue-free amber as evening falls — so sleep comes naturally.

Backed by science

The research is clear

Circadian lighting is one of the most well-supported interventions in sleep science.

Blue light suppresses melatonin twice as effectively as warm light, delaying sleep onset significantly.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does it work with my existing light switch? +

Yes — LISNA fits any standard E27 socket and works with your existing wall switch. No smart home hub, no app, no special wiring needed.

Will it remember which mode I was using? +

Yes. If you leave the light off for more than 8 seconds, it remembers your last mode when you switch it back on. Only a quick off-on within 5 seconds cycles to the next mode.

How quickly will I notice a difference in my sleep? +

Most people notice they feel more ready for sleep within the first few evenings. Melatonin responds to light changes quickly — often within 30–60 minutes of switching to Amber or Ember mode.

Is it really different from a regular warm bulb? +

Yes. Standard warm white LEDs at 2700K still emit significant blue light. The LISNA Amber (1700K) and Ember (1000K) modes are specifically engineered to minimise output in the wavelengths that suppress melatonin.

What is your return policy? +

We offer a 14-day return period in line with EU consumer law. Return the product unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Does it work with a dimmer switch? +

LISNA is not compatible with dimmer switches — it requires a standard on/off switch to cycle between modes correctly.
